SUSASTHYA Album

What this app is

SUSASTHYA Album is a private upload tool. It lets the SUSASTHYA team's photographer send event photos and videos into SUSASTHYA's own Google Drive, in one folder per day. It is not offered to the general public.

What data the app handles

• The photos and videos that the photographer chooses to upload.
• A login cookie in the photographer's browser, used only to keep them signed in to this page.

The app does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not collect personal information from visitors.

Google account access

The app is connected once to the SUSASTHYA owner's Google account and asks for a single permission, drive.file. With this permission the app can only create and access the files and folders that it creates itself. It cannot see, read or change any other file in the Google Drive.

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and storage

Uploaded files are stored in SUSASTHYA's Google Drive and are not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. The access token that lets the app reach Drive is stored only on SUSASTHYA's own server.

Retention and removing access

Files stay in Google Drive until the SUSASTHYA owner deletes them. The owner can withdraw the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
